The vision of NCCF/APA mentoring program is to “Transform the Lives of Youth Males through Jesus Christ”. The mentor program is designed to empower children and youth to make positive life choices that enable them to maximize their potential. The mentoring program uses adult volunteers to commit to support, guidance, and friendship to a young person.
